Pam Forgety

Executive Director

As a 30+ year resident of Anderson County, Pam feels blessed to be working in her own community. She has worked in health care for her entire career including hospital, home health, and hospice. As a Christian, it is Pam’s desire that LOVE always be spoken here. She feels a personal responsibility to see that Meadow View is a loving, caring community where everyone can enjoy life! When not with her Meadow View family, Pam enjoys cooking and sharing adventures with her three adult children and their families. She loves being “Grammie” to her three granddaughters – Emma, Lena, and Audrey. They also feel at home at Meadow View!

Brittany Trent, RN

Director of Residential Care

Brittany graduated with an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Roane State Community College in May 2012. She worked on the Orthopaedic Floor at an area hospital before joining the Meadow View family in July 2013. To Brittany, it has been an absolute pleasure working alongside an amazing team to provide exceptional care to our residents.

She is the Mommy to a very energetic young lady, and in her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors. You may find her hiking a mountain or boating on Norris Lake!

Meredith Bumgardner

Dietary Director

Meredith has been the Dietary Director at Meadow View Senior Living since our opening in 2009. She has been in Anderson County her entire life. She and her husband chose to raise their family here because it is so beautiful and because of the wonderful people here. They have been blessed with three children and one perfect granddaughter who keeps them busy in this community! They are also active members of a local church.

Meredith loves to cook and has such fond memories of cooking in the kitchen with her parents, grandparents, and other family members. She feels the kitchen is the heart of her home and thinks it’s always nice to sit at the table with a cup of coffee and just talk.

Meredith adds, “I look forward to making you beautiful and tasty meals that will meet and exceed your dietary needs.”

Rhonda Morton

Director of Activities

Rhonda is the Activities Director at Meadow View. She comes from a long line of caregivers and began her journey in private duty, one-on-one health care. She was later blessed to work with mentally and physically disabled aging adults – most of whom were dealing with dementia as well as physical/mental barriers. During this time, she lost my grandmother. While working her way through missing this wonderful woman, Rhonda began to see what an impact we can have on the lives of others. A new love and respect for the senior population began. She learned just how much our seniors have impacted our lives and the value we hold so dear. Those Godly values, their love, and friendship is the heart of Meadow View Senior Living.

She joined the Meadow View family in January of 2011. Little did she know what a blessing it would be to be part of this family. Rhonda adds, “It is a pleasure to share in the lives of the residents, their families, and the staff. My goal every day is to share God’s love with others, and this is the perfect place to do just that!”
